About MSMUG

The Microsoft Manufacturing Users Group (MSMUG) is a collaborative community of manufacturing organizations who use Microsoft solutions to meet our respective goals. We work together to:

• facilitate the use of Microsoft technology throughout our member base

MSMUG was formed in 1999 with the intent of bringing people together. Members collaborate remotely and in person, whether it’s through our forums, online tools, scheduled events, or personal arrangements. It’s this active involvement that brings us closer to achieving a point of shared knowledge among all manufacturing-based Microsoft users and elevates our industry as a whole. When you participate, you gain insight and you give insight.

MSMUG is an independent organization. While we work closely with Microsoft, we are self-governed and sustaining. Our relationship with Microsoft is mutually beneficial: your experiences and opinions provide them with valuable input which helps in future product development. In turn, Microsoft is able to create solutions that are more aligned with our business goals.

MSMUG is a part of Automation Federation, a nonprofit organization with interests in interoperable control and automation technologies for end users, technology providers, and OEMs.
